Cardiac Resynchronization Therapy Defibrillator (CRT-D) System in Patients with Heart Disease

Description

Seeking men and women over the age of 18 years who have been diagnosed with heart disease and need a CRT-D system implant.

Overview

Data will be collected on the leads that connect the CRT-D system to the heart. Additional long-term data on these leads will be collected by the sponsor. The only research activity is collecting data related to your standard treatment.

What we're hoping for

We are hoping to collect data on the long term safety of the BIOTRONIK Sentus QP lead used with the BIOTRONIK CRT-D device.
