Study Of An Investigational Drug For High-Grade Glioma In Children And Young Adults

Description

Seeking people aged 3 to 25 with newly-diagnosed high-grade glioma whose brain tumor has been genetically tested to show that it does not have the H3, K27M and BRAF mutations for a study of an investigational drug. The study will compare whether adding the investigational drug to radiation and maintenance therapy is better than the usual treatment.

Overview

We are studying whether adding the investigational drug to radiation and maintenance therapy for children and young adults with newly-diagnosed high-grade glioma works better than the usual treatments.

What we're hoping for

We hope that adding an investigational drug to radiation and maintenance therapy for children and young adults with newly-diagnosed high-grade glioma brain tumor works better than the usual treatments.
