Description
Adults with newly diagnosed, advanced biliary tract (cholangiocarcinoma or gallbladder) cancer sought for a study comparing two different combinations of drugs to see which is better.
Overview
We are studying whether adding a third chemotherapy to the usual two chemotherapies better treats newly diagnosed biliary tract cancers.
What we're hoping for
We hope to evaluate an investigational 3-chemotherapy drug treatment to see if it treats newly diagnosed advanced biliary tract cancers better than the usual 2-chemotherapy drug treatment and record any side effects experienced by study volunteers
