Description
This registry of heart attack survivors who had an IMPELLA pump temporarily implanted in their heart will collect medical information to help improve the quality of care of future heart attack survivors.
Overview
Participants in the registry will be contacted by phone twice, at one month and at one year following their discharge from the hospital to provide the study team updates on their medical status.
What we're hoping for
We hope to use the medical information from heart attack survivors to improve future care for patients suffering similar or other conditions.
