Study Of Using Tumor Biomarkers To Guide Treatment For Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer

Description

Seeking adults with non-small cell lung cancer for a study comparing immunotherapy to targeted therapy based on tumor characteristics

Overview

We are comparing the standard immunotherapy for non-small cell lung cancer with an investigational therapy in which your tumor will be tested for specific genes and proteins so the therapy can be targeted for those tumor characteristics. The study has two parts. The first part is to test your tumor sample. The second part is to compare the therapies.

What we're hoping for

We hope to get information about whether targeted therapy is better than the usual approach because we hope this information will help people in the future.
