Description
Seeking men whose prostate cancer has progressed despite previous treatment with hormone therapy and chemotherapy (also known as castration resistant prostate cancer) for a study comparing treatment using an investigational drug combination to treatment using one of two different usual treatments for metastatic prostate cancer.
Overview
We are studying how an investigational chemotherapy treatment using a combination of two drugs compares to two different usual chemotherapy treatments in controlling prostate cancer that has progressed despite previous treatment.
