Study To Improve Communication With Patients On Ventilators

Description

Seeking intubated (tube placed in someone's throat to help them breath) people for a study collecting data about their communication with caregivers.

Overview

We are gathering data about how to best design a communication system that would be easy to use and help improve communication between caregivers and people who can't talk because they have a tube down their throat helping them breath.

What we're hoping for

We hope to develop a communication system that would be easy to use and reduce stress for patients who can't talk because they have a tube down their throat to help them breath.
