All anesthesiology residents currently at UMass are invited to participate in an anonymous wellness survey
Overview
We are studying burnout and depression among anesthesiology residents currently at UMass. Residents will be asked to participate in an anonymous wellness survey before and annually after initiation of a 10-month wellness curriculum. Residents are not required to participate in the wellness curriculum to participate in the survey.
