Investigational Drug Study for Patients with Rhabdomyosarcoma

Seeking male & female patients who have been diagnosed with rhabdomyosarcoma (cancer that forms in the soft tissues, such as muscle).

The purpose of this study is to compare the effects, good and/or bad, of a new combination of chemotherapy using VAC/VI plus temsirolimus & to find if adding the drug temsirolimus to VAC/VI therapy will get rid of the cancer better than VAC/VI by itself.

What we're hoping for

We are hoping to get rid of the cancer for a long time or for the rest of the patients life. Information learned from this study will benefit other patients in the future.
