Description
Seeking male and female 12 or older who have had a stem cell transplant or organ transplant (for example a kidney or lung) and were diagnosed with a cytomegalovirus (CMV) infection. This study is for patients who are not responding to the current treatment for their CMV infection.
Overview
The main purpose of the study is to find out how the study drug , compares to the study doctors choice of treatment for CMV infections.
What we're hoping for
We are hoping that the results of this study may provide information that could help improve available treatment in the future for transplant recipients who have undergone prior anti-CMV (cytomegalovirus) treatment. .
