Study Of Chemotherapy Drug Combinations For Newly-Diagnosed Leukemia

Description

Seeking children and young adults 31 years old or younger who have been newly diagnosed with standard risk B-cell Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia (B-ALL), Down syndrome B ALL or localized B-cell Lymphoblastic Lymphoma (B-LLy) for a study of chemotherapy.

Overview

Based on the participant's disease and risk of poor outcomes, some will be randomly assigned to receive an investigational drug in combination with standard chemotherapy.

What we're hoping for

Evaluate how to reduce chemotherapy side effects and improve disease-free survival for people with leukemia.
