Seeking men and women whose stroke has been or will be treated with a medical device to remove the blood clot from the artery in their brain for a study observing their recovery.

Overview

We are studying how people recover following treatment to remove a blood clot from an artery in the brain causing a stroke using a medical device by looking at medical records, performing brief neurological exams and contacting people 30 and 90 days after treatment. The treatment plan and medical devices to be used will be decided between the patients and their medical providers.
