Description
Seeking men or women living with cancer of the bile duct, also known as cholangiocarcinoma, who need to change therapies for a study of the safety and effectiveness of an investigational drug either on its own or in combination with other drugs.
Overview
We are studying whether an investigational drug taken alone or in combination with other drugs is safe and effective for bile duct cancer or cholangiocarcinoma that has progressed or for people who have become intolerant of the therapy usually given first.
What we're hoping for
To better understand whether the investigational drug works better when taken alone or in combination with other drugs for bile duct cancer or cholangiocarcinoma and whether characteristics of the tumor makes a difference.
