Description
Seeking men and women with HER2-positive breast cancer that has spread to other parts of the body (metastatic) for a study of an investigational drug.
Overview
We are comparing whether adding an investigational drug to the usual treatment will lengthen the time that participants are able to live with their cancer. Participants in this study will either get the investigational drug or a placebo (looks like the investigational drug but doesn't contain any medicine) in addition to the usual treatment for HER2-Positive Metastatic Breast Cancer.
What we're hoping for
Compare the investigational drug to the usual treatment for metastatic breast cancer that is HER2 positive. We want to see if using the investigational drug is better, the same or worse than the usual treatment.
