Experimental Drug To Treat Blockages In Blood Vessels To Your Legs (Critical Limb Ischemia)

Description

This study will evaluate the safety and effectiveness of an experimental drug to increase blood flow to legs for people with Critical Limb Ischemia who are not able to get surgical treatment.

Overview

Volunteers may either get injections of the experimental drug or saline so that researchers can compare how well the experimental drug increases blood flow to the legs.

What we're hoping for

We hope to see whether the experimental drug can increase blood flow to the legs for people who are not able to be treated with surgery such as people with critical limb ischemia or blockages in blood vessels of the leg.
