We are studying the safety and how well an investigational drug treat social behavior and communication deficits in children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD). We will compare a low dose, a high dose, and a pill without any medication.

What we're hoping for

We hope to assess whether the investigational drug is safe and effective in treating social behavior and communication deficits in children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) by blocking a brain receptor of a hormone associated with socialization
