Study Of Targeted Treatment For Advanced Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer

Description

Seeking men and women whose non-small cell lung cancer has spread or stopped responding to treatment and whose cancer has been tested and found to have a specific mutation in the KRAS gene known as KRAS (G12C) for a study of an investigational drug for targeted treatment against the KRAS (G12C) mutation.

Overview

Participants in this trial will take a daily pill of the investigational drug and come in for follow up visits for a physical exam, blood tests and scans.

What we're hoping for

We are studying whether an investigational drug targeting non-small cell lung cancer with a KRAS (G12C) mutation and taken as a daily pill is safe and effective for controlling advanced non-small cell lung cancer.
