Study Of Artificial Intelligence Software To Predict Breast Cancer Risk In Women

Description

Seeking women scheduled for a routine screening mammogram for a study comparing Artificial Intelligence (AI) software to standard guidelines for predicting breast cancer risk.

Overview

Participants in this study will have their routine screening mammogram results assessed by both standard guidelines and by the AI software. If either the standard guidelines or AI software indicates an elevated risk of breast cancer a follow-up MRI will be recommended.

What we're hoping for

We are studying whether Artificial Intelligence (AI) software is better or worse than the standard guidelines in predicting which women should have follow-up MRI screening based on their routine screening mammogram results.
