A Study Of A New Drug For Advanced Bladdar Cancer

Description

We are looking for adults with advanced bladder cancer that has spread and whose cancer cells have a protein called HER2. Some participants will have had previous treatments for their cancer, while others have not had treatment before. The study will test a new drug alone or combined with another medicine to see if it helps shrink tumors and is safe.

Overview

We want to learn if a new drug called Disitamab Vedotin, alone or in combination with a medicine called Pembrolizumab, can help people with advanced bladder cancer that has a certain protein called HER2.

What we're hoping for

We want to find out if the new drug can help shrink tumors. We also want to find out how safe this drug is and how well it work and with what side effects.
