Study Of An Investigational Surgical Procedure For An Aortic Aneurysm

Description

Seeking men and women aged 18 and older who will be undergoing a fenestrated endovascular aortic repair (FEVAR) for a complex aortic aneurysm or blockage in their arteries for a study of an investigational surgical procedure.

Overview

Participants in this study will be randomly assigned to either have Fenestrated Endovascular Aortic Repair (FEVAR) completed using the investigational procedure or the usual procedure to treat an aneurysm or blockage in your arteries. Participation in the study ends once the surgery is complete.

What we're hoping for

We are studying if an investigational surgical procedure that reduces the need for contrast and x-rays is faster, slower or the same as the usual Fenestrated Endovascular Aortic Repair (FEVAR) procedure for an aortic aneurysm or artery blockage.
