Experimental Treatment of Moderate to Severe Active Ulcerative Colitis for People Who Completed the AMAN Clinical Trial

Description

Seeking adults who completed the AMAN clinical trial for active moderate to severe ulcerative colitis for a study of whether the investigational drug can make their ulcerative colitis go away and stay away over a year.

Overview

We are studying whether an investigational drug is better than getting an injection without any active medicine in treating ulcerative colitis and keeping it from coming back over a year. We will also be collecting data to study if the investigational drug is safe to use.

What we're hoping for

We are hoping that for the people who complete treatment with the investigational drug their active ulcerative colitis will go away and stay away for a year and that the treatment will be safe to use
