A Study Of An Investigational Drug For Moderately To Severely Active Ulcerative Colitis

Description

Seeking people aged 16 to 80 with moderately to severely active ulcerative colitis that has not responded to previous treatment for a study of an investigational drug to reduce inflammation.

Overview

Participants in this study will be randomly assigned to be infused with either the investigational drug or a placebo (looks like the investigational drug but contains no medicine). After completing the study, all participants will have the chance to get the investigational drug for an additional 12 weeks. There are at least seven study visits that may last up to 5 hours.

What we're hoping for

We are studying whether an investigational drug to reduce inflammation is safe and effective for moderately to severely active ulcerative colitis that has not responded to previous treatment.
