Study Using Risk Factors To Determine Treatment For Favorable Histology Wilms Tumors

Description

Seeking people aged 30 and younger for a study using risk factors including cancer stage to determine one of six different treatments regimes for children and young adults with Favorable Histology Wilms Tumors Kidney Cancer.

Overview

Participants in this study will be assigned to one of six different treatment regimes based on their stage of cancer, symptoms, and previous treatment. Some of the treatment regimes may include chemotherapies that have not previously been used for kidney cancer. Each regime has different procedures and lasts for different amounts of time.

What we're hoping for

We are using the results of biology tests, findings at surgery, and response to therapy to identify risk of cancer returning and guide treatment for Favorable Histology Wilms Tumors Kidney Cancer.
