Description
Seeking pregnant persons with diabetes using continuous glucose monitoring and who have been admitted for hospital care to compare CGM and fingerstick glucose accuracy, including those with preeclampsia and edema.
Overview
We are studying how accurate continuous glucose monitors (CGMs) are in pregnant patients with diabetes, especially those who develop preeclampsia and swelling, while admitted in the hospital.
What we're hoping for
Evaluate if continuous glucose monitoring can provide accurate glucose readings in pregnancy despite other conditions such as preeclampsia and edema.
